NASHVILLE, Tenn - In a ceremony held last night at the Renaissance Center in Dickson, TN the Third Annual Harmony Honors were handed out in numerous categories. The Booth Brothers took home Honors for Artist of the Year, Song of the Year ("He Saw It All") and Male Vocalist of the Year (Ronnie Booth.)
The Perrys were honored with Album of the Year (Come Thirsty), while Karen Peck Gooch accepted Female Vocalist of the Year. Other top Honors included:

Those scheduled to appear include Kim and Dean Hopper, Karen Peck & New River, John Styll, Isaacs, Dottie Rambo, McGruders, LaBreeska Hemphill, Clarke Beasley, Crabb Family, Zane King, Three Bridges, Joy Fletcher, Taranda Greene, Les Butler, Mike Bowling Group, Gene Higgins, Doyle Lawson and Quicksilver, Lu Ann Burger, Perrys, Aaron Wilburn, Booth Brothers, Jimmy Fortune, McRaes, T. Graham Brown, Lynda Randle, Joyce Martin Sanders, Ricky Atkinson and Compassion and Hope's Call.
The Harmony Honors were created to honor those in the industry, by the industry, for their accomplishments over the past year. The show will take place on Tuesday, January 9, 2007 at 8:00 pm (cst) in Dickson, Tenn at the Renaissance Center. Southern Gospel Music Guild Announces Venue and Date For Third Annual Harmony Honors
NASHVILLE, Tenn.--- The Southern Gospel Music Guild (SGMG) is pleased to announce plans for the Third Annual Harmony Honors. The event will take place on Tuesday, January 9th at the Renaissance Center located in Dickson, Tennessee. The night will be taped for a later television broadcast.
Nominees for the Harmony Honors are selected based on numerous statistics related to the individual or group including national radio charts and product sales, according to SoundScan. The first ballot will be shipped to various industry personnel, including numerous group members, next week. The ballots are to be returned directly to the accounting firm of Rayburn, Bates & Fitzgerald P.C., where they are tabulated to create a narrowed down field of nominees. A second ballot is then mailed where industry members are allowed to choose from the updated list. Once again, the ballot is to be shipped back to Rayburn, Bates & Fitzgerald P.C., who will calculate the winners. The winners will be announced during the awards show in January.

well as the venue and date for the event. The Second Annual
Harmony Honors will take place at 8:00 pm on Monday, November
21st at the Renaissance Center located in Dickson, Tennessee.
Admission is free and open to the public, but seats are limited.
The event will be taped for television broadcast. Doors will
open at 7:00 PM.
