11/22/06 - "SGMG Announces Nominees For Third Annual Harmony Honors"

NASHVILLE, Tenn.--The Southern Gospel Music Guild (SGMG) is pleased to announce the top nominees for the Third Annual Harmony Honors. The Honors will be handed out during the annual event on Tuesday, January 9th at the Renaissance Center located in Dickson, Tennessee. The night will be taped for a future television broadcast.

Nominees for the Harmony Honors are selected based on numerous statistics related to the individual or group including national radio charts and product sales, according to SoundScan. The final ballot will soon be shipped to various industry personnel, including numerous group members. The ballots are to be returned directly to the accounting firm of Rayburn, Bates & Fitzgerald P.C., who will calculate the winners. The winners will be announced during the awards show in January.
